Levey Middle School Sports

Levey offers sports teams for both girls and boys. For information about athletics at Levey Middle School contact the Athletic Director.

Student Eligibility

• Physical On File
  In order to participate in any sport activity, student must have a current physical on file with the Athletic Department. A physical form must be filled out by your doctor you may download it here

• Academic Eligibility
  To participate in Middle School Sports, students must be passing all core classes and have a "3" or better for citizenship in all classes. Submit a copy of the most recent progress report with final rosters.

NOTE: Should a student drop below the academic requirements during the course of a season, that student is ineligible for participation until a weekly progress report is submitted showing that the student has met the appropriate requirements.
